Absolutely loved the spacious Deluxe King room with ocean views! The unique spa treatments and well-run yoga sessions made our stay lovely.

our stay at the fairmont was absolutely wonderful! the beachfront room with ocean views was spacious and stunning. we really loved the spa treatments they offered, which were simply amazing. being right on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water added to the experience. the friendly staff created such a warm vibe.

Fantastic amenities, superb breakfast, with a convenient location that provides easy access to a private beach perfect for relaxation.

Room service can be sluggish, especially when waiting for basic items like extra towels or coffee. the outdoor jacuzzi near the adult pool wasn’t functional during my stay. despite being heated, its still water was a bit off-putting. I found the lunchtime service by the pool quite slow, which could spoil the vibe when you're trying to enjoy a meal under the sun.

The beach access was a highlight, making our family trip even more enjoyable. the room rates felt a bit steep for what was offered.

I loved the accessibility of the hotel, especially since one of us uses a wheelchair. The staff went out of their way to cater to our needs, even preparing gluten-free traditional bread and crepes every morning, which was such a treat! The restaurants offered excellent food, and the service was meticulous, making dining a pleasure. The beach was stunning with soft sand and beautiful waves, perfect for relaxation. there were a few hiccups. I noticed that room service often took a while to deliver basic items like blankets and cups. It felt a bit odd when the staff opened my door without knocking, which gave an uncomfortable feeling of privacy invasion.

Our stay was a delightful experience! My children loved the teen HangOut, although it closed early. The warm staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast by the pool. Tip, If you’re traveling with teens, plan activities during the day for their enjoyment.
